Existing request
Keep your PRD reference with the case
If PCRD staff contact you about an existing request, reply through that communication and include the public reference shown on your intake confirmation. Do not send sensitive documents until they are requested through the review process.
General information
General enquiries are currently handled within the limited pilot review process. For an existing request, keep the public PRD reference with any communication from PCRD staff. The site does not publish an unverified or unmonitored support mailbox.
